Our Management Team have spent many years on the road themselves, giving them a perfect insight and understanding of traffic conditions, preferred routes, scheduling, staff rostering and Our Logistics Staff (we used to call them Operations) will work closely with you to advise you of the best ways to ensure efficiency and at the same time minimise wastage and unnecessary cost. Our variable vehicle sizes offer flexibility that others frankly don’t consider, or they provide you with what suits them best, but not necessarily what best suits YOU, “the Client.”

Google Maps, GPS and Satellite Tracking are great sophisticated modern technology tools (and we have them all at FCC) but hands-on experience is what makes the difference at First Choice Charters. We combine all the tools at our disposal plus more, to ensure that we deliver quality, reliable service on all occasions. Our Logistics Division has up to the minute Airport Flight details, Sydney Traffic and Weather Conditions. Our GPS Vehicle Tracking and on-board Radio Communication (Digital 2 Way Radios) and Driver Mobile Phones keeps us one step ahead of the game in any location and gives you peace of mind that we have our finger on the pulse. For multi vehicle movements or large movements and for VIP and Sensitive High Security operations we are with you on the ground with you all the way as part of a collaborative team. And unlike several others, we don’t charge our clients for the field logistics and supervision. We are strongly of the view, that that is our responsibility. Our large modern fleet, supported by our Select Contractors combine to manage any size group- from 10 people to 10,000. Our Senior Management have been in charge of some of Sydney’s major events (Rugby World Cup, Masters, Sydney Olympics and Paralympics, Melbourne’s Commonwealth Games, APEC 2007, World Youth Day, The Popes Sydney Visit and countless numbers of Major Conventions, Conferences and Sporting Events held here in Sydney. In 2018, we were off to the Gold Coast to play a role in the Commonwealth Games. 2017 also sees the re-opening of Sydney’s International Convention and Exhibition Centre (ICC) bringing hundreds of thousands of delegates to Australia along with much needed expenditure.
